With over 20 years combined experience in the creative industries, Astrid & Carrie have partnered to provide a fresh approach to branding.
Astrid and Carrie are experienced in all areas of graphic design and business management, from consultancy engagement to client debriefing. They specialise in brand design for the wine, tourism and professional services industries in South Australia.
Astrid Varga, DBVC Hons, BVA
Creative Director & Partner
Since graduating with a Bachelor in Visual Communication (Honours) from the University of South Australia and racking up some 12 years of experience as a graphic designer and photographer, Astrid understands the importance of the brand and consumer relationship.
With her 3 years of working in the wine industry, Astrid’s passion for wine branding grew. Astrid brings invaluable experience to the consultancy, enabling her to execute both the creative and production needs of her clients.
As our creative director, Astrid works one-on-one with her clients ensuring their brand message is communicated through innovative, strategic and engaging design solutions.
When she’s not designing, Astrid turns into an amateur master-chef, can’t get enough of the tennis and enjoys spending time down the beach.
Carrie Buckle
Managing Director & Partner
Carrie brings a wealth of knowledge to the consultancy. With over 12 years of print industry experience, account management and small business management, Carrie knows how to grow brands.
As our managing director, Carrie works directly with her clients to achieve their branding goals. Carrie’s strategic mindset enables her to offer high-return brand strategies for her client’s marketing investment.
Carrie’s expertise include client liaison, account management, brand strategy, business development, estimating, print production and studio management.
Carrie’s arming herself with more knowledge by studying Certificate IV in Marketing and Advertising.
In her down time, Carrie enjoys spending her time outdoors, enjoys great food and wine and is a mad V8 fan.
